We provide contemporary Māori costumes (kakahu) from early-childhood up to adult sizes.  We combine the traditional Māori Taniko method of weaving with the durability of modern materials.

Our costume range currently consists of:  Piupiu (skirt), Pari me piupiu, Panekoti (bodice with skirt), Korowai (cloak), Tipare (headband), Rakau (Māori stick game) and Poi.  

All our products are hand-made in Aotearoa (N.Z.)

Suitable for:

Kōhanga Reo, Kapahaka, Early Childhood Centres and individuals.  (Children & Adult sizes available)

Traditional - Red, Black and White

- Yellow, Black and White

 - Green, Black and White

Kōhanga and School colours

Other colours available to suit.

 

Reversible, durable and washable in cold water.  Do not put in clothes drier.
